Duck your emu

So, I sat down at the computer, for the third time today, and Sam came up to me and said, "Mommy, you duck your emu." What? He points to my computer. Oh yes, I'm checking my email. Better I suppose than what he said to me earlier this morning. Sam came in while I was getting dressed. I had my bra on, and he reached out and grabbed me, "Mommy, you got you boops." Yup. My son has noticed my boobs. It's a whole lot more weird now that he's not nursing. He's been very picky slappy lately, just reaching out and hitting, and getting time outs. Daily.

Yes, he's been rather Feisty lately. I think spending the week with grandma and lots of friends while brother has been in the hospital has pushed him to the edge. He was enchanting for everyone, but it's hard work to be that sweet all the time. So he must have run out of sweetness, because I'm only getting brief snips of sweetness, but more snippiness than anything. I suppose hee may also be teething, he keeps crying out in pain, twice this weekend, he's been eating something and cried out. And he's got some burny poos.

He and big brother have been picking fights, arguing a lot since we came home. They both seem to have forgotten how to share...not that Sam had a good grasp on sharing anyway. Maybe he's stir crazy, or maybe he's just crazy. But he's adorable, and I'm so happy we're home, all together, crazy or not crazy.
